Thomas “Tommy” Jacob Orbon Remembered After Sudden Passing From Septic Shock at Nearly 2 Years Old
Thomas “Tommy” Jacob Orbon passed away from irreversible septic shock on Monday, October 26, 2026, after becoming critically ill.
Thomas visited a hospital on Friday, October 23, and entered the Pediatric ICU at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles the following morning after awakening in pain, fatigued, and crying.
Despite receiving antibiotics, septic shock affected Thomas’s organs and brain, and the beloved child fought bravely with family nearby during the final moments.
Thomas would have celebrated a second birthday in December and leaves behind parents, a 6-year-old sibling, a 3-year-old sibling, and a newborn sibling.
